On September 12, 2026, Cultura Events will debut its exquisitely curated experience to date — a first-of-its-kind, live cultural storytelling event set against the wonderful gardens of Hillwood Estate, Washington DC. Through the creativity of emerging designers and the grace of the next generation of models, culture comes to life in its most extraordinary form — woven through fashion, spoken word, music, art, and documentation into one unforgettable evening.

This is the inaugural year. There will never be another first. Founding sponsors and designers of The Garden of a Thousand Tales — Once Upon a Runway will be forever woven into the origin story of what we believe will become the premier cultural children's couture event in the United States. Their names will not simply appear on a program — they will be part of the moment this began.
