Media Request Form

Request form for Photographers, Videographers, & Media Participation

We're delighted to welcome members of the press to cover this magical evening on September 12, 2026, at Hillwood Estate in Washington, D.C.

To register, please provide your outlet name, reporter/photographer name(s), and valid press credentials in advance.

As part of your registration, we ask that you:

• Share your photos and video coverage with Cultura Events (culturaeventsinfo@gmail.com) following the event.
• Tag Cultura Events and use #OnceUponARunway and #GardenOfAThousandTales in any social media coverage.
• Check in at the designated media table with valid press ID/outlet credentials no later than 5:00 PM.
• Note that Hillwood Estate is a historic property, and drone photography is not permitted without prior written approval.
• Let us know in advance if you'll need electrical access, or a specific vantage point for photography or broadcast equipment.

Because our models are children, we also ask that all media:

• Photograph and film only in the public runway and event areas — never backstage, in dressing areas, or during preparation.
• Avoid publishing children's full names, ages, or other identifying details without separate parental consent (first name only, or category name, is preferred).
• Honor any child marked with a "no photography" wristband or sticker, indicating their family has opted out.
• Use all images and footage for editorial coverage of this event only, consistent with the media release signed by each child's parent or guardian.
